well my first time i have dealt with absolute snow
i ordered monday with a message in packing and i would get an e mail with no other message , now thursday lunch nothing at all
to make matters worse no one answering calls and no response oh dear i fear the worst , are you real !!! answer a telephone rather than mail box full message on all lines
