Customer Service lacks, majorly.
Nonexistent compensation policy (due to their error), slow response to emails (no calls!), "blaming game" etc.
Note - their "price match" is lacking; they'd try to find ways NOT to match prices, even if you provide them with several options.
On a positive note - their prices are usually good.
