Very friendly, quick and efficient service. Good communication. Had a slight problem with my order (the microphone I ordered was out of stock) but they notified me quickly, gave me the option of buying an alternative microphone instead (which they provided a lot of information on so I could make an informed choice) and advised me of when the product would be back in stock if I wanted to wait. I went for the alternative microphone which offered everything I was looking for. Very happy with the product and the service. Would highly recommend.
