Everything. I paid a fortune for a PhD thesis with a set number of references and pages. I had to put money together to be able to pay them. They were never able to deliver the thesis, despite promising it for 2 months after the order. All I got was 'drafts' that did not obey my specifications and did not contain the main part of the thesis, which was numerical calculations. They then returned part of the money but took more than 1000 away and I got nothing out of the experience apart from loss.
