I have no complaints about George Kay (Initial sales)who went above and beyond his job description, however I have the opposite experience from the so called broker, I opened my account 10 days ago, I still have no way of accessing my account, it was explained simply and clearly that I needed to arrange this by appointment because I am extremely ill, ( my internal organs are failing) and things like I’m not computer literate, I don’t have my own email, I need to have someone who knows how to use one with me etc, He has failed to attend all 3 appointments, his excuse was “I have hundreds of calls each day you have only mine” not impressed! I am not answering unknown callers any more because I’m getting dozens of calls each day on an ex-directory number, from salespeople trying to jump in on an account that is apparently open for anyone to see my details !!!! apart from me, If I do not receive access to my account by Monday 10am I will be placing a formal complaint with the financial conduct authority
