• The Access engineer called us around an hour before arriving to confirm that we were at home.
• The engineer was very professional and informed us in advance what he was doing and why he was doing it before making any changes, such as testing the sockets, turning the power off, or turning the gas boiler off.
• Replacing both meters was very efficient and did not take up much time.
