As I wrote 9th May: "Installation process was very straightforward - difficult to see how the actual installation could be bettered. The engineer was polite and installed smart meter without fuss and checked electricity & gas was working OOK afterwards.
However, confimation of the actual time of arrival of engineer would have been appreciated. We were told he would arrive in the morning - any time after 8.30. In fact he did not arrive till early afternoon."
