Failed to turn up even though I called at 2pm to ask for an estimated time. I was told the engineer would call me back. He didn’t call. I call at 5pm and was told the engineer had cancelled my appointment. They didn’t even think to tell me or give me a reason. I am totally appalled as I had to take a day off work for this
