The first appointment was cancelled at very short notice, which was fair enough. However, the subsequent two appointments, organised months apart, nobody showed up at all, with no telephone call to warn us of cancellation. I called the company throughout the day on the third day, was told that someone was on their way, but no one came. I'm still waiting to hear about a fourth appointment - I've given up trying to arrange it myself.
