I canceled my subscription in September and they charged me again in November. When I disputed the charge their response was “she had two prior charges that were not disputed”. That’s because I had not canceled the subscription prior to September!! Don’t purchase anything from them or you’ll be paying indefinitely for nothing in return! What a scam. They even acknowledged that I had canceled my subscription. I would have left zero stars but that wasn’t an option. Oh and forget trying to contact anyone in customer service. All they provide is an email.
