I have put off writing this review because I was hoping to resolve the situation successfully. However, after almost a month of back and forth trying to get my complete order, I am beyond frustrated. I ordered 5 shirts at the end of April but only received 2 of the shirts (one was not even the size I ordered). I quickly sent a message to get this resolved, Four days later, I got a message asking for shirt sizes. Again, I responded very quickly. Again, I waited a week to hear back, and I was given a sob story about how busy they are. I was also told that they no longer had some of my shirt sizes. I suggested doing 2 different sizes. Again, I waited for three days to get a response. I was told that they had to see if one of the sizes was still available, and that they would get in contact with me within 24 hours. That was a week ago. I have sent two more messages with no response. At this point, I just want the products that I paid for, and I will never order from this company again. They are obviously incompetent, and they have no clue how to do customer service.
