It was great that I could speak with the same advisor, Mohaned, as I did the first time I reached out. He is personable and super helpful. Not sure if that was random, but I appreciated having continuity in service. I also appreciate that one can find so many answers on the platform and via the AI, but it's still easy and swift to get a human response. Service is calibrated to the need of the user in that sense and expertise is trustworthy.
