Happy with Facebook, but… So, I bought a Facebook account to promote my small business. At first, it seemed to work fine, but then I found out it couldn’t join groups because of some previous restrictions. Customer service stepped in and provided a replacement, but it felt like I was starting over. It’s frustrating, especially after paying $5, but at least the new account is running good now
