I got a Facebook account for ads and it had the Business Manager activated (just like I needed tbh). It was verified by email, and the profile was partially filled. Everything was set up well, and the cookies made it easy to log in. The only downside was the lack of a fully detailed profile, but it's functional for ad purposes. Definitely worth the price for businesses
