Unfortunately the postman dropped my parcel over the locked gate to the side of my house as I was not home. Doing this presented my 9 month old Labrador puppy with an unexpected new toy and he subsequently wripped the packaging to threads and enjoyed chewing my wife's new running shoes! I contacted Steven and explained what had happened and took the necessary info from me to challenge Roysla Mail andoffered me a no quibble refund. I cannot fault his after sales service one bit and I would highly recommend dealing with Achilles Heel in the future. Thanks
