I wish all internet sellers were as honest, friendly, efficient and enthusiastic about what they do as achilles heel!
Even though I chose free shipping, my shoes arrived two days after ordering, and when I realised they were too small, the guy on the customer service line (no voicemail hell here..) was super helpful and within four days I had a pair that fit me and a refund.
A really good experience, and I won't be back at sports direct anytime soon….
