Waited for my large purchase and apparently the vendor Acorn uses is unreliable. Tried to cancel item. Was told yes the item was cancelled. I asked for email confirmation of this since the item was over $400. I talked to numerous people, even a manager. Was told an email would be sent. Nope. Hasn't happened. Customer service does not honor their word. I would never recommend this company to anyone!
