I just got off the phone with an Acorn representative. I bought a coat and matching rain boots from Acorn and the rain boots were impossible to pull on because the opening was too tight. I discovered that they will charge you to return or exchange an item, even if the item is unusable. I would have tried the next size up, but then they would have charged me twice for returns if the next size up didn't work either. Their customer representative said, "We sent what you ordered. It's not our fault if it doesn't fit."
Their invoice says "we truly appreciate your business and strive to ensure that you are completely happy with every purchase - a commitment we back up with our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee." This is simply not true.
