I think this is a scam. I never consciously signed up to any service but might have clicked a box to buy another product or service, and exactly one month later I find I've been charged £12.00, and my banking app shows it is a recurring monthly payment (which I've cancelled). Read the reviews here - they are all marketing puff. Search the same service on Trustpilot and you'll find the truth.
