Website easy to work round. We watched the you tube fitting instructions, so we knew what to expect. Kept referring back to you tube when installing and all went smoothly. We ordered the Koishio Japanese style, for our entrance. Really pleased with the outcome. Service from Active Windows excellent, window film arrived within a couple of days and they kept us informed at each stage of the purchase. Highly recommend.
