I am still waiting for my parcel to arrive. Awful company, do not use. Sent an email to customer services. I received a generic auto response email in reply. It basically says do not email us again as it will only delay your order. If you try to track your package with Hermes it says that your parcel is on its way?.? It’s been on its way for two weeks now!!
