My items were delayed and have since arrived. Customer services did eventually contact me explaining the issue, which put my mind at rest. If the organization had reached out to all their customers earlier they would have received less complaints. They also needed to change their answerphone message which talks about issues due to covid, this is no longer relevant. I will use their services again as previous I've had no issues.
