I had received the item without problem, but unfortunately the wrong size for the person i was buying it for as a gift.
I have emailed three times enquiring about an exchange and also called twice leaving answer phone messages. I have had no response and have been forced to now buy a similar item from a more responsive seller. I am out of pocket as I am now left with the original unused item with no way of returning it seems. One very disappointed customer!
