I purchased the above trousers but disappointed as wrong size and even though I had returned them via my post office with a message i wrote the size I would like to exchange for. I have still not heard from them since the 18th may and sending them 2 emails without a response. Not very impressed work within the nhs and delivery was very important to me. I would now just be happy with a full refund. If that is ever going to happen
