These were not delivered and I have had to wait weeks for them to contact Hermes.. and it is still not resolved. It has been 2 weeks and still no jackets or refund. I ve been told today that once Hermes have replied I will be refunded. I have been very patient but now feel I am chasing them. I have bought 4 jackets now as my boys started school and they needed jackets and I dont see why I should be out of pocket! Ive been talking to Sarah who is lovely, but I need this sorted and I need my refund.
