We were really pleased with the product that we bought but the delivery service was poor.
Most of the parcels turned up on the day expected. We were told the other 2 were missing and they’d be delivered the next day...only one was delivered. I insisted they delivered the remaining parcel on the Saturday as it was a present for my son’s birthday which was on the Sunday.
I’m sure next day delivery means just that for most people, but the delivery company let Activity Toys Direct down, otherwise I would have given a 5* review.
