Very happy customer! We bought the climbing frame as had been wanting it for a while and saw it go on sale with Activity Toys Direct. Having never heard of this company I was dubious that it may be an internet scam given the great price, and so I searched the internet for reviews and found nothing but great reviews, so I ordered it. It was actually on pre-order as they weren’t expecting it to be in stock until the following Friday, so it was to my surprise that it arrived on the Thursday before. I was very pleased as had been anticipating taking a long while especially during covid19 lockdown. The climbing frame itself is great. As with most Plum products, the instructions are nice and clear and everything is labelled well to make construction easy. It took me and my husband around 4 hours to put up. The only thing I would say is that if not using a power tool to put together it may take you a lot longer. It’s also very sturdy which is reassuring. I now have two very happy sons who are entertained by it from start to finish of the day! I wholeheartedly recommend this product and also this company.
