Brought a Berg Go Kart for our youngest ninth birthday. Had a problem with a screw and the steering column. Contacted Activity Toys Direct Gary and Stef were brilliant could not be more helpful, really friendly and Stef kept us up to date with the redelivery. Arranged for the original frame to be collected and ensured a new frame was sent to us the next day so able to give this to our child for their birthday. Excellent after sale service. Definitely recommend buying from them.
