I contacted these guys shortly before Christmas to order some power leads and an IR floodlight and a power supply for it. The dispatch time was amazing and the goods arrived the next day - Christmas Eve (!) so I was able to sort my installation out over the holidays. Well done guys! However, the power supply they sent me wasn't the one that I ordered and wasn't correct for the floodlight they sent! they did agree to send me the correct one or credit the difference with another purchase. This hasn't happened as yet (now March) and to be honest I haven't followed it up as it was only a couple of quid at play. Their initial communications over the matter were great, but I have to say they haven't been so responsive on this or other matters since. That said - I probably will use them again.
