Had two jobs done by them, both of very poor standard. When issues were raised, the common answer was that its within standard or 'they match' when clearly they don't. They broke kitchen units and would not replace them, floor was uneven making tiles very proud on the joins, Underpinning inner wall had three bricks missing, now replaced by another construction company, Work tops split and pulled away from the wall, Water mains and a tap blew off the fitting and flooded my living room with no compensation from the responsible builder. Access to the cavity wall left open behind the cooker, insulation not fully fitted (also now corrected). I have had to spend well in excess of £10K to have my kitchen extension corrected and made safe and the other job then did looks like around £3K but cant afford that at the moment.
