I have been a customer with adGuard for over five years with good service and no problems. In Aug 2023 l lost my internet service and had to change providers and email. When I tried to sign on they refused to honor my license, that I bought in July with the old email account.Adguard said if I wanted to use that license, l would have to prove ownership of the license or buy another license. Adguard already has all that information. I've bought three license so far this year. All of my other accounts text me for verification. Out of all my account adguard is the only one to refuse me service on a paid for account. On the web site it say my account expires 2026. Still no service. I even did what they recommended and bought new license even though my account was already paid for. Tell me is that how you treat a long time customer.
