Works beautifully. I love the 'Block ads manually' feature, as you can use it to block anything remoely annoying, even if it isn't an advert. For example, banners and things trying to get you to upgrade. It's fantastic - frees up so much mental bandwidth (and actual bandwidth) so you can focus on whatever it is you're actually trying to achieve.
