New to the region I was recommended Ad Lib by a Bristol agency owner. They more than lived up to their billing as people who genuinely listen to a candidate's ambitions while marrying that closely with roles that are genuinely right. They were completely on it and responsive throughout and probed for more information / feedback where that was appropriate. I'll certainly continue to use them now that I find myself being a recruiter.
