The team were very honest with advice and the options that were available, particularly as I am new to Bristol. They certainly gave me lots of time and to discuss issues, ideas and appeared very knowledgeable about our industry. The only slight negative was I'd like them to have a been a little but more responsive, I did have to chase for feedback on some occasions. Overall a very positive experience.
