Terrible. Tried setting up an initial phone call, waited at the agreed time and nothing. The call never happened. (In fact, someone different called, but I never heard from that person again). Blunt, one line emails when I get in touch to ask something. Absolutely no proactivity, I was told 'just check the website and apply, we put everything on there'. Very much made to feel like I'm wasting time and am not good enough to warrant a decent reply.
