The grips failed to arrive which probably was the fault of their delivery agent.
Adore Grips refused to investigate the issue despite being given the Reference number and evidence from this end. We had CCTV confirming nothing was delivered!
When I used their live chat they said they could not find the email that was sent and when I commented on Twitter they blocked me.
Appalling customer service and cannot recommend this seller.
