Ordered an item - arrived broken .. these things happen so I can accept that
But the customer services was non existent - this company is either a scam or completely inept - either way don't use them
They completely ignored my emails, said they would refund my money within 5 days which didn't happen only to then offer me a partial refund and so on ..
After around a month I got my money back after countless arguments and haggling
