Disappointed in the presentation of the dress I bought. I know things get creased in transit in the post but it hadn't even been pressed prior to being sent. If I walked into a shop and clothes were presented this way, I would turn around and walk out. I bought a shirt from another label online and I only had to give it a quick iron from it being folded to post - it had been steamed/ironed before it was sent.
