Nothing but regret !!! Got a Wireless Home Alarm installed a month ago.
Incompetent engineer who was just rushing to install and move onto next job..no training or testing given. External motion sensors are a joke and constantly trip with any bird motion (they said only objects over 1.2meters would trigger it). ADT Door Ringer constantly alerts over 50 times a day every time a car drives past the house...making it pointless. Engineer didn’t even wear a COVID mask..called customer services..still waiting for a manager to call me back to discuss cancellation.
