Engineer disconnected by internal door ring and couldn't work out how to reconnect it. said he would be back but never bothered . I have called the service centre but no one has followed it up. service/technician (definitely not engineers) people are very poorly trained . Couldn't work out how to set up the doorbell camera . Wasted 3 mornings of my time.
Customer service is now really bad .i will be cancelling my contract when it comes up for renewal shortly.
