Engineer came without prior appointment to do a routine service.
Not sure what he did but we couldn't set the alarm in the evening,
Preminum call rate number given, 20 mins on hold, told no engineer available, after 4 more chases with lenghty on hold, waiting 48 hours following days, still no call back or engineer.
Absolutely appalling non exsistant service. Arrogant and unhelpful.
Will change supplier at earliest.
