my wife has been wasting hours trying to get adt to service our smoke alarm/alarm -three appointments and they have not shown up shes looking for a refund to her up front fee and going to a competitor-the last time she paid up front only to be charged for two callouts on a single visit? seriously and we were threatened with legal action if we didnt pay -i think they dont bother to monitor the cameras and smoke detectors and you would be better off with dummy cameras -its much cheaper -she says its the worst company in the uk
