Pathetic , we were told that we paid 35 pound a month , that was increased to 39 pound half way through the contract. That was for 18 months. We were told after that it would be 15 pound a month for maintenance and monitoring which has now been increased to 19 pound a month. Untrue.we lost 700 pound.
