I've used ADT for 30 years and, until this year, have been happy with its services. But since they split services into Commercial and Domestic, and since it started outsourcing some engineering work, it has been a mess. My bedroom keypad began beeping at about 6.15 on Thursday and went on for about an hour. I was promised an engineer that day, again on Friday and Saturday, an engineer rang on Sunday to try to reset the system but could find no problem. The keypad continues to beep every morning, and I'm still waiting for an engineer! Avoid ADT like the plague!
