Appalling customer service which was never so bad +12 months ago. You can’t speak to anyone except call takers who send internal emails to faceless teams. There is no flexibility on appointment dates and no possibility to speak to anyone directly. No one calls back. Even their call back system to save your place in the virtual queue does not work. ADT still happily take my money every month but clearly they are not in the business of providing any service unless they can sell you a new system.
