ADT is a horror show. When our alarm went off while we were on holiday, the police were not contacted and our housekeeper was unable to get an engineer to come and reset it. We had repeated promises to come but ADT never arrived at all.
We pay yearly for maintenance and a line connecting us to the police. They are obtaining a considerable amount of money under completely false pretenses.
