If you are trying to install a new system then they will get back to you, if not forget it.
The marketing states that engineers available 24/7- 365 days. Trying to get a engineer for 8 weeks for a fault on the system but no joy. Looking to change company as have lost will to live.
Look at reviews from other security companies - much better and cheaper.
