Patronising unpleasant and arrogant staff at call centre. Poor customer service - managers will not take calls when you ask to speak to a manager - the response is that they don’t take calls from call centre staff but will call back in 72 hours. Poor technical service - some technicians do not seem to know what they are doing, necessitating several visits. Request for upgrade to contract not actioned. Bills issued for work not done - example being a bill for £270 for a visit from a technician who said he was not the right person to have been asked to attend.
