An absolute disgrace. Charged £525 (which they never quoted) for a 40 minute call out which consisted of 15 minutes of a bloke trying to put his extendable ladder up and down. Questioned it and not even the decency of a response. Just issued a letter via their solicitor re proceedings.
Last time I will ever deal with them. Disgusting!!
