Very unnerving to speak to customer service representative who sounded like she was in bed out of her head. Rude and complacent. And this is the emergency response to a fault/possible break in to our property! Not sure I want to carry on with ADT. Sloppy and unprofessional. Worrying really for a company specialising in security??!!
